●Overview 　　What is your perception of work-life balance for researchers? Fewer students are pursuing a Ph.D. and aiming for a career in research. This might be partly because it is hard to imagine what work-life balance looks like in a research career. Work-life balance can vary greatly depending on the research environment, job type, family situation, and generation. In this seminar, we have invited people with diverse backgrounds to share their specific experiences and examples of work-life balance and career paths in corporate research. We hope this will be an opportunity, especially for the younger generation, to learn what makes a research career appealing and how to enjoy it. The event will be a casual panel discussion over lunch, so please feel free to join us!
