Information for your attendance

Reception, Name Badges & Receipts

・For those who registered early and reside in Japan, name badges and receipts have been sent by mail. If you have received your name badge, please place it in the enclosed nametag case and wear it when you come to the lecture hall. You do not need to visit the reception desk.
※Due to recent postal delays, we have received many reports of undelivered name badges. If your name badge does not arrive before the meeting, please come to the reception desk on the day. We will prepare your name badge for you. If you registered at the regular rate, please come to the reception desk on the day. Your name badge and receipt will be given there. When checking in, please provide your name and registration ID (6 digits starting with “7”) for a smooth process.

 

Program·Abstract

Program and abstracts are available on the Abstract search site. Participants who completed their registration fee payment by September 4 have already received the URL and password individually. For those who make the payment afterward, the password will be sent in due course. If you do not receive it before the conference, please collect it at the registration desk on site.

 

Access

・Please refer to the venue on the conference website. Please note that due to another event (Nagasaki Peace & Culture Festival 2025), traffic restrictions are expected around Nagasaki Airport on the evening of September 14. Please take this into consideration when planning your travel, check the official Nagasaki Airport website or related sources for details.

 

Cloak

・A cloakroom service will be available during the conference (9/15, 17: information desk、9/16: Nakabe hall). Please note that valuables should be kept with you at all times when using the cloakroom.

 

Smoking & trash

・Smoking is prohibited on the campus. There are no smoking areas. Please take your garbage with you.

 

Wi-Fi

・Free Wi-Fi is not available at the venue. However, eduroam can be used inside Nagasaki University buildings. Please prepare your eduroam account in advance through your home institution.

 

Lunch

・You may use the university cafeteria and shop.

Recommendation of Cool Biz

・To ensure a comfortable stay during the conference, we recommend Cool Biz attire. Although air conditioning will be provided, the weather may still be warm, so please feel free to dress lightly.
