Our laboratory focuses on controlling the dynamic structures, behaviors, and functions of soft materials at the nanoscale, with the aim of realizing dynamic functionalities at the macroscopic level. We are engaged in the development of functional soft materials whose properties can be dynamically altered in response to external stimuli such as electricity, light, and heat. Our research encompasses a wide range of materials, from small molecules to polymers, including ionic liquids and deep eutectic solvents.
